These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you, whether individually or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and DADDYSHEEP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the keepsclean.co website, along with any related media channels, mobile sites, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

• All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
• Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once products are in the possession of the carrier.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to sanitary reasons. Please review our Shipping & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• We comply with all applicable Minnesota and U.S. consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under state or federal law that cannot legally be waived.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal law. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Optional Arbitration Clause: Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in Minnesota. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party will bear its own costs, unless otherwise required by law.
